Job summary

Solventum, based in Birmingham/Irondale, AL, is hiring a Field Service Representative I to service healthcare clients and manage the delivery, pickup and maintenance of medical device equipment. Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher required.
• One year of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Delivery, pickup and maintenance of cutting-edge medical device equipment for healthcare clients.
• Interface with 3M customers daily and build, cultivate and maintain superior customer relationships.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies; ensure proper documentation.
• Cleaning, processing and quality control of medical device equipment; general housekeeping of facility.
• Loading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.
• Attend training and other scheduled business functions which may require commercial air travel
