Job summary

Solventum in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Field Service Representative I to support healthcare clients with the delivery, pickup, and maintenance of medical device equipment. You will build strong relationships with hospital staff while ensuring equipment is clean and ready for use.

You will also handle inventory, processing of documentation, loading/unloading devices, and participate in training with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher required.
• 1 year of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve healthcare clients with superior customer service during delivery, pickup and maintenance of medical device equipment.
• Prepare and disinfect medical devices and disposables, and process documentation for delivery.
• Track inventory and locate missing equipment; assist with loading/unloading in company vehicles.
• Attend training and company functions, including potential domestic travel up to 10%.
