Solventum in Birmingham/Irondale, AL is seeking a Field Service Representative I to service healthcare clients, including delivery, pickup, and maintenance of medical device equipment. You will build strong relationships with 3M customers and support inventory, cleaning, and documentation for on-site operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of customer-facing experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• One (1) year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Serve healthcare clients with delivery, pickup and maintenance of medical device equipment.
• Build and maintain superior customer relationships with daily interactions with 3M customers.
• Assist in inventory control of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Clean, process and quality-control medical device equipment, and perform general housekeeping of facility.
• Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles.
• Attend training and other scheduled functions which may require commercial air travel.
