Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Field Service Representative I to service healthcare clients in Birmingham/Irondale, AL. You will deliver, pick up, and maintain cutting-edge medical device equipment, while building strong customer relationships and ensuring quality control.

The role requires a high school diploma, one year of customer-facing experience, and a valid driver's license. Occasional travel and on-site work are involved, with company vehicle provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• One (1) year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Serve healthcare clients by delivering, picking up and maintaining medical device equipment.
• Interface with customers daily and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Assist in cleaning, processing and quality control of medical devices.
• Load/unload equipment from company vehicles and travel as needed.
