Solventum Memphis, TN is seeking a Field Service Representative I to deliver and maintain cutting-edge medical device equipment for healthcare clients. You will work on site with hospital staff, ensure clean/disinfected devices, manage disposables, and document deliveries with precision.

This role requires a High School Diploma, one year of customer-facing experience, and a valid driver’s license. Expect non-traditional hours, possible travel, and mandatory vaccination as part of our safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• One year of customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service to patients and hospital staff.
• Prepare medical device equipment, disposables, and documentation for delivery.
• Track inventory of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Locate missing or misplaced equipment as needed.
• Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles.
• Attend training and other scheduled events requiring travel.
