Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate leads and build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in your local market, delivering on monthly sales targets and expanding Lincare's durable medical equipment and respiratory product lines.

This role emphasizes data-driven sales, in-services with referral sources, and ongoing education to customers. A willingness to travel in the territory, strong communication, and professional presentation are

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to travel within your local assigned territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interact adeptly with physicians, hospital personnel, and internal team members.
• Computer and technological literacy.
• Positive and professional personal image.
• Strong people skills to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Previous experience in sales and/or the DME industry is preferred but not required.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory.
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote Lincare's products.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical followup and patient reporting to existing referral sources.
