Job summary

You will generate leads, build strong relationships with physicians and referral sources, and strive to meet monthly sales targets within your local market. In this role you will use data-driven strategies, deliver in-services, and provide thorough follow-up with referral sources to expand patient care and product adoption, while enjoying a competitive

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to travel within your local territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with physicians, hospital personnel, and team members.
• Computer and technological literacy.
• Positive and professional personal image.
• Strong people skills to connect with diverse backgrounds.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in sales or DME is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with referral sources
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence in the designated territory
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote Lincare's product categories
• Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources
