Job summary

Lincare, America's largest supplier of respiratory and durable medical equipment, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to generate leads and foster relationships with physicians in the local market. You will work toward monthly sales targets and contribute to advancing our products and services in patients' homes.

You will travel within your territory, deliver in-services, and maintain a strong sales presence with referral sources.

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to travel within local territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interact adeptly with physicians, hospital personnel, and internal team members.
• Computer and technological literacy.
• Positive and professional personal image.
• Strong people skills to connect with diverse backgrounds.
• Previous experience in sales and/or the DME industry preferred.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory.
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote our comprehensive product categories.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical followup and patient reporting to existing referral sources.
