Job summary

Lincare, America's largest supplier of respiratory and durable medical equipment, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, build lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and meet monthly sales targets in your local market. You will drive data-driven sales strategies and engage referral sources to expand our product reach.

You will also conduct in-services with referral sources, deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up, and report patient outcomes,

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• Strong ability to build relationships with physicians and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote Lincare's comprehensive product categories
• Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources
