Job summary

Auxo Medical LLC is hiring a Field Service Technician to travel to hospitals and surgical facilities, maintain and troubleshoot a range of medical devices including sterilizers, washers, and ultrasonic equipment. The role emphasizes customer relations and precise calibration.

The ideal candidate will have an electronics/mechanics background, read schematics, and be able to work independently with strong problem‑solving skills. A valid driver’s license and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or technical training in electronics/mechanics or similar.
• High school diploma with 3+ years experience in field service repair.
• 1+ year in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics and use manuals.

Responsibilities

• Travel to hospital and surgical facilities to maintain, troubleshoot, service and calibrate equipment.
• Provide installation support for Sterilizers, washers, ultrasonic and related equipment.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent Auxo Medical professionally.
