Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer facing or service role.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and iOS applications.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, pickup and maintain cutting-edge medical device equipment.
• Interface with healthcare clients daily and build relationships.
• Prepare equipment for patient use, including disinfection and QC testing.
• Transport equipment to/from customer locations using company vehicle.
• Execute accurate order management and documentation.
• Assist with inventory tracking and coordination of deliveries.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
