Neuros Medical, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Training & Education to support medical education and corporate training for healthcare professionals and internal teams.

You will coordinate programs, manage learning platforms, and ensure compliance. This role works cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Corporate Training & Education, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, R&D and other stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences, coordinate educational programs, administer learning

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in clinical/medical device, hospital, clinic, field clinical support, healthcare education, sales training, or related environment.
• Experience developing or delivering training and education for healthcare professionals and/or internal teams.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements, including AdvaMed, FDA regulations, and the Sunshine Act.
• Strong project management, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating educational events from planning through execution.
• Understanding of medical devices, clinical applications, and the healthcare market.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably medical device or pharmaceutical.
• Familiarity with learning and content-development tools such as Allego, Seismic, Articulate, Camtasia, or Synthesia is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics for physician education programs, including training courses, cadaver/bioskills labs, preceptorships, advisory boards, and other educational events.
• Facilitate & lead physician-facing and field-based training programs in partnership with clinical, sales, training, and subject matter experts.
• Develop and maintain training curricula presentations for both internal & HCP training - including procedural guides, case modules, checklists, quick-reference tools, and e-learning & in-person program content.
• Oversee & manage qualification pathways – including training procedures & records, competency evaluations, practicals & overall qualification pathways.
• Administer learning management systems for internal and external training programs.
• Develop education and outreach resources for allied health professionals, including prosthetists/orthotists, physical and occupational therapists, advanced practice providers, and nurses.
• Manage accredited continuing education (CE) programs, including applications, needs assessments, learning objectives, evaluations, credit processing, and audit-ready documentation.
• Ensure training content follows applicable regulatory, document-control, labeling, IFU, and clinical evidence requirements.
• Manage program vendors, faculty, agreements, travel, rosters, materials, budgets, and other operational details.
