Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Education Manager to lead curriculum development and physician education programs.

You will coordinate with faculty, KOLs, and cross-functional teams to design impactful learning experiences aligned with business priorities. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and program logistics while ensuring compliance and high-quality education outcomes across multiple therapeutic areas.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a health science, education, or related field.
• Advanced degree in business, healthcare, education, or clinical sciences preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing, managing, and executing educational programs for healthcare professionals, preferably physicians.
• Experience engaging physician faculty, KOLs, and subject matter experts to support educational initiatives.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills with ability to drive outcomes.
• Experience with hands-on physician training, simulation-based learning, and faculty development programs.

Aufgaben

• Lead curriculum and content development for physician education programs.
• Manage physician education programs and faculty / KOL engagement.
• Develop annual education plans, budgets, and vendor management.
• Track program performance with KPIs and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards in education activities.
• Coordinate logistics for education events, venues, and learning platforms.
• Provide post-program evaluation and continuous improvement recommendations.
