Job summary

Microbot Medical seeks an experienced Professional Education Manager to design and execute medical education programs for internal teams and external healthcare professionals. You will lead physician training, workshops, and hands-on labs while coordinating logistics and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2–5 years in medical education, LMS or sales enablement tool experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Travel ~30–50% domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–5 years in medical device, healthcare, or medical education environments
• Experience leading and supporting physician education programs, events, and sales training
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Education, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of professional education programs
• Develop educational materials, presentations, training modules, and procedural guides
• Coordinate logistics for training events and communicate with participants and stakeholders
• Provide on-site and/or virtual support during programs and events
• Maintain training calendars and documentation
• Lead continuous improvement by gathering feedback and enhancing programs
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to align with goals
• Coordinate with Marketing and Chief Medical Officer on content and product positioning
