Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong relationships between internal/external educational collaborators.
• Serve as liaison between course directors, other education-related departments/groups and learners.
• Communicate effectively with UMMS stakeholders to achieve session and data objectives.
• Triage complex requests and inquiries to optimize operations and resolve minor issues.
• Manage details of educational programming, including staff/faculty assignments, space and equipment reservations.
• Develop course schedules and coordinate multiple daily course events with faculty.
• Assist faculty in designing and developing technology-enhanced educational sessions/materials.
• Translate and disseminate learning materials for onsite/offsite sessions to meet objectives.
• Oversee real-time program delivery to meet scheduled objectives.
• Support quality improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.
• Coordinate to schedule standardized patients and resources for cases.
