Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the residency mentoring program for 200 residents and associated faculty mentors.
• Coordinate mentoring for subspecialty areas and track expenses for mentor events.
• Provide administrative management for the four career-specific tracks: Global Health, MELT, QSV, and Urban Health Equity.
• Serve as the event coordinator for UME, fellowship, and DOM-wide medical education events; reserve spaces and arrange catering.
