You will manage residency mentoring, coordinate events, and assist with the fellowship process and faculty engagement across subspecialties.

Hybrid eligible, with a focus on scheduling, catering, room reservations, and collaboration with residents, faculty, and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Arts and 2–3 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience in medical education administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate medical education events and catering, room reservations, and vendor communications.
• Manage the residency mentoring program for 200 residents and mentors.
• Process expense reporting for mentor events and track track expenses for subspecialty mentoring.
• Support annual fellowship process (mock interviews and letters) for 40+ trainees.
• Collaborate with five Chief Medical Residents to coordinate faculty engagement in daily educational conferences.
• Coordinate Edward S. Cooper Visiting Clerkship applications and reimbursements.
• Provide cross-coverage for two other Medical Education Administrative Coordinators.
