Program Coordinator provides administrative support to faculty and acts as a liaison between faculty, students, and other Universities. Primary duties include coordinating Phase 3 courses and rotations, managing schedules, maintaining CaneLink, and supporting budgeting and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer Phase 3 courses and rotations; coordinate student requests and communications.
• Manage course and rotation schedules, room assignments, and logistics.
• Maintain CaneLink and curriculum management systems.
• Monitor compliance with forms and deadlines; remind stakeholders.
• Assist with OSCEs and grading processes.
• Support program events and budgets.
