Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Program Coordinator - Central Medical Student Coordination to serve as the central hub for medical student and learner education across the system. You will provide system-wide coordination, guidance, and support across sites, schools, and departments to streamline workflows, improve consistency, and strengthen academic partner relationships.

The role supports learner capacity planning, educational quality improvement, and the student/preceptor experience, including

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–5 years in program coordination or healthcare operations.
Experience supporting medical education operations, credentialing, or learner workflows.
Knowledge of UME/GME education, academic affairs administration, and coordination across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Coordinate REACH LIC scheduling, onboarding, and learner support across HealthPartners and UMN partners.
Manage onboarding, recruitment, and offboarding activities for learners and related events.
Track learner progress, evaluations, and attendance; support communications and workflow improvements.
Coordinate content updates on learning platforms and assist in curricular logistics and scheduling.
Support payments, budgets, and logistics within the REACH budget.
Provide centralized guidance and escalation for system access, scheduling, and operational workflows.
