Job summary

HealthPartners seeks a Program Coordinator - Central Medical Student Coordination to serve as the hub for medical student education across HealthPartners. This role provides system-wide coordination, guidance, and support across sites, schools, and departments to improve consistency and reduce administrative burden while strengthening academic partner relationships.

The coordinator supports onboarding, learner access, and reporting, with focus on REACH LIC coordination and central learner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in program coordination, healthcare operations, or learner administration.
• Experience in medical education operations, compliance, credentialing, or learner workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate REACH LIC and related calendars, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Support onboarding, recruitment, and offboarding of learners across sites.
• Maintain communications with UMN Medical School partners and HealthPartners divisions.
