Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an Education Program Coordinator to support medical education administration and accreditation readiness. You will manage schedules, track learner progress, and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.

You will develop program materials, monitor budgets, and assist in credentialing processes while coordinating with program leaders and external agencies to maintain compliance and effective learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and program administration.
• Experience coordinating education programs in healthcare settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical education programs and schedules with leadership.
• Track progress to meet accreditation and competency standards.
• Develop and audit program materials, reports, and budgets.
• Support recruitment and selection for medical education programs and communicate with external accrediting bodies.
• Prepare documentation for accreditation reviews and NAS implementation.
• Maintain compliant records, track required courses, and monitor expenses.
