Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of administrative experience and strong communication skills.
• Experience with process improvement and project management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and instructional technologies; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage daily needs for the work unit as directed by the manager.
• Develop and coordinate new ideas and improvements.
• Support accreditation efforts with relevant agencies and institutes.
• Coordinate relationships with remote and in-person partners.
• Assist with instructional technologies implementation (e.g., ScholarRx, Canvas, One45, Examsoft).
• Organize and document seminal events in building the SOM.
