AWSOM in Northwest Arkansas seeks an experienced Program Coordinator, Medical Education, to join the team designing and delivering a four-year curriculum. You will support ARCHES development, coordinate projects, and build relationships with accreditation bodies and health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years administrative experience.
• Experience in process improvement and project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and instructional tech; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily needs for the work unit and programs.
• Develop processes and coordinate new ideas and improvements.
• Support accreditation efforts with MAE and HLC.
• Coordinate relationships with remote and in-person partners.
• Assist with instructional technologies (ScholarRx, Canvas, One45, Examsoft).
• Anticipate and respond to internal and external needs.
• Archive/document key events in building the SOM.
• Manage projects requiring multitasking and attention to detail.
• Organize and coordinate new ideas and programming.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
