Job summary

Art and Wellness Enterprises (AWE) seeks an experienced Program Coordinator, Medical Education to help design and deliver the ARCHES curriculum for a new four-year medical school in Northwest Arkansas. You will support program management, workflow improvement, and collaboration with accrediting bodies and health systems.

You will work with the Medical Education team to implement instructional technologies, coordinate projects, and document processes while aligning with organizational missions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of administrative experience.
• Experience in process improvement and project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong time management and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Instructional Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily needs for the program and ensure project success.
• Develop processes and coordinate improvements.
• Support accreditation efforts with relevant agencies.
• Coordinate remote and in-person partners.
• Assist with instructional technologies implementation.
• Archive key program events and documentation.
• Handle multiple projects with organization and attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned.
