Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees accreditation adherence and site visit readiness.
• Manages recruiting, interviewing, and matching of residents and fellows via ERAS.
• Develops program policies, procedures, and budgets for the education program.
• Maintains program files, databases, and reports for compliance and evaluation.
• Schedules educational activities, grand rounds, lectures, and events.
• Oversees rotations and monthly call schedules for trainees and faculty evaluations.
• Directs day-to-day operations and supervises staff as needed.
• Serves as an educational resource for faculty and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
