Job summary

You will collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to design content, implement policies, and support trainees and observers, under the guidance of senior program leaders.

The role involves coordinating rotations, observerships, and fellowship activities, with duties extending to event planning and budget reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related experience required.
  • Experience coordinating education programs and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting supervisor with objectives set by Program Director/Vice Chair of Education.
  • Coordinate with University departments and Pathology faculty for student rotations, observerships, and visiting trainees.
  • Assist with department initiatives and Grand Rounds as needed.
  • Support recruitment of residents/fellows and onboarding of new trainees.
  • Assist with event planning for training programs and reimbursements for trainees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
