Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Front End: Review documentation to confirm insurance guideline qualifications.
• Create Certificate of Medical Necessity (CMN) in the system for billable items and diagnoses.
• Assist with unbilled CMN holds as applicable.
• Log good/completed scripts for revenue release.
