You will handle LMN and FACE-to-Face documentation, verify insurance details, and coordinate with internal teams to keep order workflows smooth.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing medical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to verify LMN, FACE-to-Face notes and payer requirements.
• Strong communication with teammates and providers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Review, qualify, and accept standard orders and medical records to authorize release of DME and supplies.
• Ensure documentation meets federal/state/payer regulations before processing orders.
• Verify completeness of files including medical records, insurance, prescriptions, LMN, and FACE-to-Face documentation.
• Log, track, and maintain documentation to meet payer qualification standards.
• Follow up on authorizations and missing documents to keep queues current.
• Communicate with insurance providers to verify eligibility and coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer questions and issues by identifying problems and coordinating solutions.
