Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an OBGYN Physician (MD/DO) for a full-time, outpatient role at a nonprofit FQHC in San Bernardino. You will provide comprehensive women's health services across clinics, mobile units, and school-based centers, with possible telehealth depending on needs.

Board-certified or eligible physicians with CA license and DEA, plus BLS/PALS, are preferred. Spanish helpful but not required; generous benefits and loan forgiveness options available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active California medical license and DEA.
• BLS and PALS certifications.
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred, but not required.
• Outpatient or community health experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks is helpful, but not required.

A well-established nonprofit FQHC in San Bernardino is seeking a full-time OBGYN Physician (MD/DO) to support women’s health services across a diverse and underserved community.

This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, community-based care while working alongside a collaborative team focused on improving patient access.

Schedule & Compensation

• Clinic hours vary and may include weekdays and some Saturdays
• Annual compensation: $300,000–$350,000

About the Role

This is a predominantly outpatient position providing comprehensive women’s health services across traditional clinic locations, mobile clinics, and school-based health centers. Telehealth involvement may also be available, depending on your interest and clinic needs.
