HealthYes Talent Partners is recruiting a full-time OB/GYN Physician for an established community healthcare organization in California’s South Bay Area. This outpatient position offers a salary of $250,000-$280,000, H-1B visa consideration, and an extensive benefits package. The physician will join a multidisciplinary team providing prenatal, postpartum, gynecologic, preventive, and reproductive healthcare to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care.
- Conduct examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up visits.
- Deliver prenatal, postpartum, preventive, reproductive, and routine gynecologic services.
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Order appropriate laboratory studies, diagnostic testing, imaging, and specialty referrals.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health professionals.
- Provide clinical consultation and oversight for nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
- Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and clinical program development.
- Travel between nearby clinical locations when necessary.
- Participate in occasional evening or weekend scheduling as needed.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active California medical license or ability to obtain one
- Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
- Ability to satisfy credentialing and background requirements
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills
Community health experience and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are preferred but not required.
