KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Medical Director specializing in Infectious Disease for an Arlington, TX outpatient facility. This on-site leadership role combines patient care with clinical oversight in a busy clinic.

The physician will oversee scheduling, ensure timely documentation, and supervise mid-level providers while maintaining a focus on high-quality care. Outpatient experience and board eligibility are essential.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with active state medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Provide high‑quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Document visits the same day or within 72 hours with accurate E&M codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic conditions and acute issues.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) including chart reviews.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Full-time physicians receive 4 hours of protected administrative time per week.
