Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a Medical Director (Infectious Disease) for our Arlington, TX outpatient facility. This leadership role focuses on high-quality patient care within a collaborative team and adherence to productivity targets.

You will supervise mid-level providers, manage scheduling, ensure timely documentation, and deliver primary care for infections and chronic conditions. Competitive base salary, bonuses, relocation options, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Must have MD or DO with an active state medical license.
• Must have valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Must have active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Document the visit the same day or within 72 hours with accurate E&M billing codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, asthma, hyperlipidemia, COPD) and acute issues (infections, HIV, STIs, UTIs, respiratory illnesses).
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff to manage urgent care and walk-in patients.
• Review consultant reports, imaging, and lab results promptly.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor and respond to voicemails/emails daily.
• Support patient retention efforts (e.g., retention summaries).
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs).
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Full-time physicians receive 4 hours of protected administrative time per week per policy.
