Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care for a mix of chronic and acute conditions.
• Meet productivity targets and manage scheduling to minimize no-shows.
• Document visits the same day or within 72 hours with accurate billing.
• Supervise mid-level providers and collaborate with care teams.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, DEA, and furnishing requirements.
• Ensure patient retention and complete administration time as needed.
