Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to oversee delivery of comprehensive care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the clinical team, promoting high standards and patient-centered care.

You will lead credentialing, drive quality improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining excellence in geriatric care. This contract role offers meaningful impact and professional growth.

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement in LTC.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight and clinical guidance to the medical staff.
• Foster collaboration and promote best practices among the team.
• Lead interview and credentialing for medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee quarterly.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed on geriatric care advancements and evolve clinical offerings.
• Provide direct patient care ensuring high-quality treatment.
