Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a dynamic Medical Director/Attending Physician to oversee the delivery of comprehensive geriatric care in skilled nursing facilities.

You will provide leadership to clinical staff, promote best practices, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes across the facility. Responsibilities include mentoring medical staff, leading credentialing, chairing QAPI, ensuring DOH compliance, and developing new clinical programs while staying current with geriatric care

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred; extensive LTC/SNF leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in long-term care.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care.
• Lead interview and credentialing of medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair QAPI committee on a quarterly basis.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed on geriatric care advancements.
• Provide direct patient care to residents.
