Infinite Medical P.C. seeks a Medical Director to oversee care delivery for residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will provide leadership to clinical staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and promote best practices across the team.

You will lead credentialing, chair the QAPI committee, and support regulatory readiness while staying abreast of geriatric care advancements and program development.

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred for leadership in LTC settings.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong leadership and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate with medical and support teams.

Responsabilités

• Ongoing oversight and mentorship of medical staff to maintain high care standards.
• Lead credentialing interviews for prospective medical staff.
• Chair QAPI committee on a quarterly basis.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs and geriatric care initiatives.
• Provide direct patient care and oversee clinical offerings.
