Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to oversee comprehensive care delivery for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will provide leadership to the clinical team, ensure high-quality service, and promote best practices across care teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary staff, regulatory compliance, and ongoing program development to improve patient outcomes and facility performance.

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement in long-term care.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff.
• Foster collaboration and promote best practices and professional development.
• Lead interview and credentialing for prospective medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee quarterly.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed on geriatric care advancements to evolve clinical offerings.
• Provide direct patient care to residents with high-quality clinical support.
