Infinite Medical P.C. seeks a dynamic Medical Director to oversee comprehensive care delivery and promote best practices across the clinical team. You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction, while maintaining high patient care standards and supporting staff development.

This contract role emphasizes oversight, credentialing, program implementation, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with a focus on geriatric and long-term care excellence across our facilities.

Qualifications

• CMD certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in LTC.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to the medical staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes best practices and continuous professional development.
• Lead the interview and credentialing process for prospective medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee on a quarterly basis.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead the implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed of geriatric and long-term care advancements to evolve the facility’s clinical offerings.
• Provide direct patient care to residents, ensuring high-quality clinical treatment.
