Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to oversee the delivery of comprehensive care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

You will provide leadership to clinical staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and promote best practices across the team. This contract role offers a leadership path and meaningful impact on patient outcomes within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• CMD certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement in LTC.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Prolonged standing and walking; lifting up to 20 lbs; computer work.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff.
• Foster a collaborative environment promoting best practices and development.
• Lead interview and credentialing for medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee on a quarterly basis.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
