You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the medical team, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. This role involves credentialing leadership, DOH survey preparedness, and involvement in quality improvement initiatives to drive superior resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
• Strong leadership and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsibilities
