Job summary
Rocky Mountain PACE in Colorado Springs is seeking a physician leader to provide community-based rounding in subacute skilled nursing facilities. Flexible scheduling lets you control your day while making meaningful, patient-centered care a priority.
Lead clinical oversight, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, mentor NPs and other providers, and champion care for frail elderly participants. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- MD or DO licensed to practice in Colorado.
- ABMS Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (geriatrics preferred).
- DEA registration; ability to maintain hospital privileges.
- Experience in primary care with frail or elderly populations.
- Passion for mission-driven, whole-person care.
