Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and support ACIST injector systems across a designated region. You will diagnose equipment failures, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance to uphold performance and regulatory standards.

In this role you will travel up to 75% of the time, respond to emergency service requests, and maintain detailed service records.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronic Technology or equivalent.
• 1+ years service/troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment or CT/MR experience.
• Familiarity with ISO, FDA regulations, GMPs and QA.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests by locating cause of failure and repair.
• Replace parts and test to ensure proper operation after repair.
• Perform installation of injector systems at customer sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as required by contract.
• Maintain detailed service records and travel planning.
