Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies seeks a Field Service Technician I to provide on-site service, installation, and preventive maintenance of ACIST injector systems across the Cincinnati region. You will diagnose failures, replace parts, and document activities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires an Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 1+ year in service, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% with after-hours availability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering/Electronic Tech or BioMed.
• At least 1 year in service, troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment or CT/MR tech experience.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Customer-service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of measurement tools: DMM, caliper, micrometer.
• Working knowledge of analog and digital electronics and ISO/GMP familiarity.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work in deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and diagnose equipment failures.
• Replace parts and test injector systems after repair.
• Assist with or install proprietary injector systems at customer sites.
• Prepare detailed service records and update system databases.
• Coordinate with Customer Support and ensure regulatory compliance.
