Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to service ACIST injector systems and related electro-mechanical devices across the assigned region. You will respond to customer requests, diagnose failures, and perform repairs with proprietary tools.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, installation, testing, and documenting service activities while maintaining top customer satisfaction. Must travel up to 75% and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent knowledge in electrical/electronic/Biomed fields.
• 1+ years in electro-mechanical service, troubleshooting or CT/MR tech.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests by diagnosing failures and performing repairs.
• Replace parts and test equipment to verify operation after repair.
• Install injector systems at customer locations as needed.
• Prepare detailed service records and enter data into the tracking database.
• Travel up to 75% and ensure high customer satisfaction.
