Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies in the United States is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist interventional cardiology and radiology teams with product adoption of ACIST equipment. You will train staff, present device features, and collaborate with physicians and impementation teams to ensure proficient and safe device use.

The role emphasizes installation, customer training, and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Minimum RCIS, RN, RT or related health care license.
• 3 years clinical experience in interventional cardiovascular lab or related field.
• Ability to conduct high-impact presentations during training and customer sessions.
• Strong persuasive and problem-solving skills in high-pressure settings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support with physicians and staff during product adoption visits to ensure proper use of ACIST equipment.
• Develop relationships with multiple call points within accounts to drive adoption and utilization.
• Identify training needs and execute activities to support product adoption.
• Develop and execute strategies with Territory Manager to drive consumable utilization.
• Maintain records in Salesforce.com and customer profiles for device utilization.
