Job summary

Prime Recruitment is helping a fast-growing medical device company expand its field sales team in Northern New Jersey. The Associate Territory Sales Representative will lead full-cycle consultative sales, educate clinicians about a non-invasive device, and partner with senior managers to hit sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outside sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to advance to Territory Sales Manager with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to close business.
• Experience interacting with patients or clinicians and performing live product demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle consultative sales in the Northern New Jersey territory.
• Conduct prospecting, meetings, product demos, in-services, and follow-up.
• Educate physicians, therapists, and clinicians on the non-invasive device.
• Collaborate with senior Territory Managers on strategy and goals.
• Serve as a trusted resource on treatment protocols and reimbursement.
