Job summary

The Prime Recruitment partners with leading medical device companies to recruit Associate Territory Managers across multiple U.S. territories. These roles suit motivated B2B sales professionals seeking a healthcare career and long-term growth in medical device sales.

You’ll receive hands-on training, work with experienced sales leaders, and develop clinical and business expertise to grow into a Territory Manager role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals/quota.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and account training.
• Partner with experienced Territory Managers to expand territory growth.
• Manage sales activities, pipeline development, and customer relationships.
• Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals.
