Job summary

ForTec Medical in California is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to expand our Pacific region. You will build relationships with hospitals, surgery centers and physicians, presenting the benefits of our mobile surgical technology and service model.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in medical device sales, OR experience, and a proven ability to manage large territories. This role requires overnight travel, a collaborative approach, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in medical device sales.
• Experience selling to surgeons.
• Operating room sales background.
• Large territory management preferred.
• Willing to travel overnight.
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
• Team player with excellent communication.
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.
• Present the benefits of contracting ForTec Medical's mobile surgical technology.
• Cover the California Central Valley, Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Fresno.
• Travel as needed to customer sites.
• Work in a fast-paced, competitive market.
