Job summary

Prescott’s Med in Monument, CO is seeking a detail-oriented Service Writer to manage customer service requests, communicate with customers, prepare quotes, and ensure complete service documentation. This onsite role supports the service department and aims to streamline operations and improve satisfaction.

Responsibilities include validating orders, processing requests, dispatching to technicians, invoicing, data entry in NetSuite, and maintaining parts inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in service writing or similar admin role preferred.
• Experience in medical device industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data entry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate order information prior to processing.
• Process orders from customers and internal staff.
• Dispatch orders to technicians for fulfillment.
• Prepare quotes and pricing details for inquiries.
• Input data into NetSuite and maintain records.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with RMA/UPS labels.
