Job summary

MRP in Park City, Utah is seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team. You will be the first point of contact for practices needing service on their aesthetic medical devices, guiding intake through resolution.

You will coordinate calls, connect customers with field or depot service, and handle invoicing and documentation in QuickBooks. Training provided; no prior medical device experience required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of customer-facing experience in customer service, client support, scheduling or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with Jira, QuickBooks or another ticketing or invoicing system preferred.
• Experience with billing, invoicing or contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service intake and onboarding: act as the first contact for new service requests and manage tickets in Jira.
• Service coordination: communicate findings and next steps, and connect customers to field or depot service.
• Service administration: prepare agreements and manage invoices in QuickBooks.
• Customer communication: provide proactive updates and follow up on next steps.
